This beautiful 4* hotel requires a Sous Chef to join their team.

Duties will include; preparing fresh ingredience from scratch and cooking to the highest standards, responsible for looking after the Chef De Parties and Commis Chefs checking the quality of the food being sent out, cooking with a variety of meats and game in European style dishes, keeping the kitchen looking immaculate at all times.

Candidates must have previous experience, be well presented with a hard working mentality and used to a fast paced environment.

This is a permanent role working 40 hours a week 5 days out of 7.
