We are now looking for an experienced Complaints Handler to join a new team of compliance within a Financial Services Regulated company based near Gatwick Airport, West Sussex.

This exciting new role will require an individual holding Advanced Word, and a minimum of intermediate Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook experience. You will be analysing and managing regulatory reporting for our client's- Complaints and Guidelines in providing exceptional service to their customer.

Duties include:

* Investigate and respond to verbal and written complaints
* Updating clients on the progress of complaints, in line with timescales and statutory requirements
* Support on all complaints training and company efficiency
* Recognise and monitor trends
* Assist with all compliance administration and effectiveness

You will be working on recording data and it's analysis, reporting to Management level and presenting all finds. This will be a busy and challenging role, requiring candidates who have a strong background within call centre administration and complaints handling. Must be a confident communicator with the drive and ambition to achieve goals.

You will be working 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday in Crawley. The company offer excellent working conditions and the chance to develop within the role.
