Hosting/IT Support Engineer (£15000 - £20000)

Our client based in Crawley, West Sussex is urgently seeking Hosting/IT Support Engineer to join the growing business and friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduate to develop their current IT skills and that is passionate about Hosting, Servers and Network Design to join a forward thinking company and develop their skills.

Role

You will be responsible for supporting and marinating clients Networks and Servers. You will be responsible for all Hosting set ups and issues as well as providing some helpdesk support.

Your other duties will include:

-Occasional Site visits

-Occasional on site projects

-Answering calls as and when required and providing excellent customer service

Hours

-Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.30 with half hour for lunch

Candidate

We are looking for a recent graduate that has a passion for IT and has excellent knowledge of Linux. Should have some work experience in an IT environment that would be advantageous but this is not essential.

You must have:

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Ideally a degree in Computer Science

-Good understanding o Network Design, Hosting, Servers and Infrastructures
