Full Time Lettings Manager - £18-£20k DOE - Redhill
We are now seeking a professional and ambitious candidate to join our client in Redhill, Surrey, selling face to face and over the telephone in a Customer Service and Sales role where you can earn up to and above £30-40k per annum depending on experience. This is an exciting opportunity for any ambitious person who wants to join a very professional and very friendly Sales team and build a career.
Our client is a market leading national group who has recently developed its portfolio and has increased its size and UK offices.
The Role
You will be undertaking the flowing daily tasks:
-Generating new business through marketing
-Liaising with landlords to register new properties
-Setting and managing targets
-Supporting lettings negotiators in:
-Qualifying tenants over the telephone
-Arranging appointments for potential tenants to meet you in the branch
-Arranging and attending viewings
-Completing a variety of administration tasks
-Taking payments for new contracts
-Finalising contract details and closing letting deals

Minimum experience:
The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar role, ideally within a target driven environment. Previous lettings managerial experience is an advantage, and experience in sales is required.
A professional approach with excellent customer service skills and a good telephone manner are essential.

Hours, benefits and pay
Hours will be Monday to Friday, 0845 1800, with one hour lunch break, and every other Saturday, 0900 1700 with a one hour lunch break. You will receive a day off during the week should you work on a Saturday.
Annual basic salary of £18-20k.
With commission, you should earn £30-40k plus.
21 days holiday per year
