Part Time Customer Service Team Leader (£10.90ph / £15,310 pa – 27 hours a week)

We are now looking for a Part Time Customer Service Team Leaders to join a thriving business within Crawley, West Sussex.

Job role

This customer service role will involve leading a small team of staff within a busy and fast paced environment, working to achieve performance and targets.

  • Motivating staff, managing staff issues, training and developing staff, handling escalated complaints, processing customer applications and monitoring all inbound and outbound calls.
  • You will report directly to the Customer Services Manager and be involved in applying all new company procedures, liaising with various departments.

Candidate

  • You must have managed team of staff in any of the following; Retail Shop, Call Centre, Office or other.  
  • Be able to attend a 4/6 week full time training course- normal office hours.
  • You will be a positive and confident person who enjoys dealing with people and looking after staff.

Hours

You will be working 27 hours a week

Wed, Thurs and Fri 1600 - 2100

Sat and Sun 08:00 - 1400

Salary and Benefits

You received an excellent equivalent hourly pay of £10.90

You will receive 28 days holiday a year (pro rata)
