Part Time Customer Service Team Leader

We are now looking for 2 Part Time Customer Service Team Leaders to join a thriving business within Crawley, West Sussex.

 
This call centre based role will involve managing a medium size team of staff within a busy and fast paced environment, working to achieve performance and call targets.
 
Your duties will involve: Motivating staff, managing staff issues, training and developing staff, handling escalated complaints, processing customer applications and monitoring all inbound and outbound calls. You will report directly to the Customer Services Manager and be involved in applying all new company procedures, liaising with various departments.
 
For this role you must:
·        Have worked as a Team Leader within a call centre team.
·        Be able to attend a 6 week full time training course- normal office hours.
·        Be able to work a 2 week shift pattern (inc bank hols);
Week 1: Thursday & Friday evenings and Saturday day.
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday evenings and Sunday day.
Evening hours will be 1600 - 2100 and days will be a 12 hour shift.
 
You will be working on average 22.5 hours a week, at an excellent hourly pay of £10.67. You will receive 28 days holiday a year (pro rata) and a very professional training programme.
