Sales Executive, West Sussex

We are searching for an outgoing and passionate individual who can show drive and ambition within a unique and exciting Sales role. You will be working within a client focused business, handling all sales over the telephone and sales during face to face client visits. You will also be responsible for orders, customer queries and account issues.
 
This role near Crawley, West Sussex focuses mainly on new business within a settled sales team, including a Sales Director, Sales Manager, Account Manager, Sales Executive and Telesales Agent.
 
Your varied duties will include:
 
  • Handling new inbound sales enquiries and orders.
  • Answering general customer and account queries.
  • Making volume outbound sales calls from a current and new database; including companies who have attended trade shows, made enquiries or who are industry specific.
  • Visiting new business clients; fact finding, presenting their product range and consulting to them.
  • Producing quotes and proposals within the office, following sales calls and/or sales meetings.
  • Attending various corporate events and commercial exhibitions.
 
This exciting new position is open due to growth within the company, and the client is offering a very generous basic salary up to £25k pa, with uncapped commission.
 
Candidate requirements:
 
  • Previous new business development experience.
  • You will have a professional and well presented manner.
  • You will be outgoing and confident selling to a vast range of clients.
  • You will have a desire to exceed targets and expectations.
  • Due to location of their company you will require a car.
The company offers an excellent basic salary, company car, 20 days holiday and very good hours from 0830 – 1700, Monday – Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
You will be required to meet with the business needs and on occasion attend (3/4 a year) client events.
