Travel Sales Supervisor

We now offer an exciting new opportunity for all individuals who have a passion for Travel, have worked in Travel, and have managed a team of sales staff.

Working by Gatwick Airport, Surrey.

This Retail Management role will be working for a market leading Travel company, selling luxury and exciting long haul destinations around the globe. You will be driving a team of customer service/sales staff within a Retail environment. Able to use your very own sales techniques and ideas to extend sales by attending local events, weddings fairs and many other opportunities within Sussex and Surrey.

Experience required:
Having worked within a sales targeted role
Having managed a small team of staff

Duties will include:
Meeting customers face to face and selling holiday packages
Up selling the full travel product range
Managing staff targets and rotas
Generating new sales opportunities by attending local events
Being proactive and ensuring realistic targets are met

You will be working 5 days a week, including some weekends and evenings.
